Description
Orange pie is a fluffy, aromatic sweet pie, ideal to end any meal or to serve as a dessert on any occasion. It uses grated orange peel for an intense aromatic flavour and yoghurt for extra texture and flavour, while semolina provides the perfect lightness of texture. It is also available with or without crust for a crunchier or softer texture, according to your preference.

- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Eggs: 300 gr
- Olive oil (seed oil): 300 gr
- Water: 250 gr

Mix all the ingredients together in a mixer on low speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.

Optionally add 300 g of crusty crust, grated and lightly toasted.

Bake at 160-180°C for a time that depends on the type and weight of the product and the type of oven.

Simmer with syrup at 28-29°C.
