Savoury tart dough, very malleable with a great taste. Suitable for machines, with resistance to stress and many applications such as quiche lorraine or baton chalet.
Dosage- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Margarine or butter 82%: 350 gr
- Eggs: 100 gr

Beat the ingredients in a mixer with a paddle attachment for 5 minutes on low speed.

Make tarts in large or small size with enough depth to fill them.
