  • Soft margarine or 82% butter: 300 g (softened, not melted)
  • Water: 100 g
  • 100 g pastry flour (optional, for more puffy cookies)

Mixing of Materials: Mix all ingredients except nuts or fruit on medium speed for 5 minutes with the paddle attachment.

Add nuts/fruit: Add the chopped nuts or fruit and mix on low speed until well incorporated into the dough.

Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C for about 8 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies or bars.
