The Cookies Wholemeal mix creates authentic American soft cookies with whole wheat flour and brown sugar. The prepared dough keeps soft for a long time and requires no rolling. You can store it in the freezer for future use. Perfect for bars with nuts or chocolate, but also for any other combination of your additives. The whole wheat flour enhances the healthy dimension of the product, while the brown sugar gives it a unique taste.

  • Mixture: 1000 g
  • Soft margarine or 82% butter: 300 g (softened, not melted)
  • Water: 100 g
  • Dry nuts or chocolate chips: 250-400 g
  • 100 g pastry flour (optional, for more puffy cookies)

Mixing of Materials: Mix all ingredients except the nuts or chocolate on medium speed for 5 minutes with the paddle attachment until a smooth dough is formed.

Add Chocolate/Dry Nuts: Add the nuts or chocolate and mix on low speed until well incorporated into the dough.

Configuration: Cut the dough into pieces of the desired size and place them on the baking sheet.

Freezing (optional): you can freeze the dough pieces in a ramekin and bake them whenever you want.

Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies and the type of oven.
