Profiterolls Sauce is a classic liquid sauce for profiteroles with great taste and long shelf life.
- Mixture: 1000 g
- Water: 1500 g
- Couverture topping: 500 g
- Oil (seed oil): 300 g
- Cognac: 50 g

Place the mixture with the water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil, stirring with a whisk.
