- Mixture: 1000 g
- Cream of milk-vegetable: 700 g
- Milk: 700 g
- Butter 82%: 200 g

Put the cream and milk in a saucepan and when they boil, add the mixture.

Stir well until it comes to a boil.

Remove from the heat and add the butter.

The coating can be used for coating hazelnut pies, chocolate pies, profiteroles, etc.
