Butterscotch flavoured coating, ideal for desserts such as banoffee and for ice cream toppings.
- Mixture: 1000 g
- Cream of milk-vegetable: 500 g
- Milk: 1000 g
- Butter 82%: 300 g

Put the cream and milk in a saucepan and when it is hot, add the mixture, stirring well until it comes to a boil.

Remove from the heat and add the butter and chocolate. Stir well and set aside to cool.

The topping can be used for profiteroles, ice cream (as a ribbon) and caramel pie. The sauce can be refrigerated and reheated.
