Italian dessert with velvety rich texture and fine vanilla aroma. No added sugars.
Dosage:
- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Water: 2000 gr
- Milk cream: 3200 gr
ή
- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Milk: 2000 gr

Mix the water with the cream and heat until it comes to a boil.

Remove from the heat and add the mixture.

Mix well and serve the panna cotta when it has cooled in the containers of your choice.

If you want to make a mould cake and you want a firmer product, reduce the liquid.
