Soft ice cream with smooth texture, made without boiling and without added sugars. Available in two delicious flavours: vanilla and choco.
Dosage- Mixture: 1000 g
- Water (3-5 °C): 2500 g
Instructions1
Mix the ingredients in the mixer on slow speed until the ice cream mixture becomes homogeneous.
