Brullee Mix is a French cream with a soft texture and excellent taste, ideal for making authentic creme brulee. Available in two delicious flavors:
- Vanilla-Caramel
- Vanilla Bourbon Vanilla
Dosage- Mixture: 1000 g
- Water: 2000 g
- Milk cream: 3200 g

Mix the water with the cream and heat until it comes to a boil.

Remove from the heat and add the mixture.
