Cold pastry cream with rich texture, bright yellow color and wonderful vanilla aroma with caramel tones. It is frothy with any proportion of cream or vegetable cream. Ideal for patisserie, baking, freezing and other uses.
- Mixture: 1000 g
- Cold water: 2500 g
