Chocolate Pie Free is fluffy with rich chocolate flavor, ideal structure and cellulose, offering great shelf life without added sugars. It syrups up easily without sludging or rubbing, making it ideal for syrups and chocolate sauces without added sugar.

- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Eggs: 300 gr
- Olive oil (seed oil): 350 gr
- Water: 250 gr

Mix all the ingredients together on slow speed for 5 minutes with the paddle attachment.

Place the dough in baking pans until just below the middle.

Bake at a low temperature (about 160°C) for 40 minutes.
