If you want to create a profiterole sauce, add 1 kg of sugar-free chocolate to the basic recipe to achieve a rich chocolate coating. - Mixture: 1000 gr
- Milk-herbal cream: 1000 gr
- Water: 1000 gr
- Butter 82%: 100 gr

Put the cream and water in a saucepan and heat it until it is hot.
