Delicious cake with only wholemeal flour and no added sugars. A distinctive aroma with a fluffy structure that can be combined with nuts and dehydrated pieces of fruit. It remains soft and moist for a long time.
- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Eggs: 350 gr
- Olive oil (seed oil): 300 gr
- Water: 250 gr

Add the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.

Bake at 160-180°C, for a time depending on the weight of the product and the type of oven.
