An ideal and unique cake with flour and oat flakes and brown sugar. Combines perfectly with dried fruit.
- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Eggs: 400 gr
- Olive oil (seed oil): 200 gr
- Water: 100 gr

Beat the ingredients in a mixer with a paddle attachment for 5 minutes on low speed.

Serve in muffin tins or muffin tins.

Bake the cakes at 160-170°C for a time depending on their weight and the type of oven. For muffins, bake at 170°C for about 30-35 minutes.
