Description
Unique very fluffy cake with delicate lemon and poppy seed aroma. For many applications plain or with a cream cheese coating/filling.
- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Eggs: 150 gr
- Olive oil (seed oil): 300 gr
- Water: 400 gr

Add all the ingredients together in the mixer.

Mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.

Bake at 160 - 170°C.

The baking time depends on the type and weight of the product and the type of oven.
