The Chocolate Soufflé is a delicious dessert with a delicious chocolatey taste and a fluid structure inside. Ideal for serving in moulds, it can be frozen and easily heated in the microwave without losing its properties.

- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Eggs: 350 gr
- Olive oil (seed oil): 250 gr
- Water (lukewarm): 200 gr
- Melted couverture: 350 gr

Soften the butter without melting or boiling it and add the melted chocolate.

Beat all the ingredients in an electric mixer with the paddle attachment on medium speed for 6 minutes.

Serve the mixture in moulds and bake at 180-200°C for 8 - 10 minutes, depending on the weight of the product and the type of oven.
