Dosage- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Olive oil (seed oil): 300 gr
- Warm water: 250 gr

Add the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.

Bake at 180 °C for 14-15 minutes (For a 30x40 baking pan with a dough of about 2000 gr).

For a richer taste, add 180 gr of melted chocolate and the water should be lukewarm.

Mounting and cutting

Unmold the finished product and coat the surface with praline or fartzura of your choice.

Optionally, cut into pieces and coat with chocolate.
