Description
Oil cake with a rich chocolate taste and a deliciously soft structure. It remains liquid for a long time and is frozen.
- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Olive oil (seed oil): 375 gr
- Water: 375 gr

Add all the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.

Bake at 160-170°C for a time depending on the type and weight of the product and the type of oven.

For decoration (with fruits or creams) add 100 gr of flour to the recipe.
