Description
Fluffy and moist cake with rich chocolate flavor and long shelf life. Ideal for rolls, tobos, but also for dessert bases.
- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Olive oil (seed oil): 110 gr
- Water lukewarm: 660 gr

Add all the ingredients to the mixer.

Mix the ingredients with the paddle attachment on slow speed for 5 minutes.

Bake the mixture at 160-170°C for a time depending on the type, the weight of the product and the type of oven.

For tobos, bake at 190-200°C for 8-9 minutes.
