Fluffy and moist angel cake with a rich vanilla or chocolate flavor, ideal for stuffed cakes, sponge cake or plain.

Dosage- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Eggs: 150 gr
- Oil (seed oil): 300 gr
- Water: 400 gr

Add all the ingredients to the mixer.

Mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.

Bake at 160-180°C, depending on the weight of the product and the type of oven.

For decoration, add 100 gr of flour to the recipe.
