Semifreddo Snack is a special savoury semifreddo, ideal for frozen snacks. It pairs perfectly with many bases such as tarts, crackers, puff pastry, etc., as well as with various fillings of cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, seafood and more. It is suitable for savoury snacks kept in the fridge and an excellent choice for frozen products, as it does not crack or splatter during freezing.
Dosage- Mixture: 250-300 gr
- Cream or vegetable cream without sugar: 1000 gr

Mix the cream and cream mixture in an electric mixer with the whisk attachment on high speed until semi-rigid (not stiff).
