Semifreddo Politiko is an easy and quick semifreddo mix, ideal for ice cream, cakes and other desserts. It can be combined with any ice cream or pastry flavor, offering great results. It does not cut, crack or splash in the freezer, maintaining its stability and texture.
Dosage- Mixture: 250 gr
- 35% or vegetable cream or half and half: 1000 gr

Mix the cream and cream mixture in an electric mixer with the whisk attachment on high speed until semi-rigid (not stiff).
