Base for classic 70% fat mayonnaise, easily and quickly prepared in the mixer, ideal for use in salads, sandwiches and other culinary dishes.
Dosage- Mixture: 70 gr
- Oil (seed oil): 700 gr
- Vinegar: 40 gr
- Ready-made mustard (without colouring): 10 gr
Instructions1
