Base for dressing with low fat compared to the classic mayonnaise. Quick and easy to prepare in the blender, ideal for use in salads, sandwiches, and various culinary applications.
Dosage- Mixture: 106 gr
- Oil (seed oil): 400 gr
- Vinegar: 40 gr
- Ready-made mustard (without colouring): 10 gr
