Rocket is a high performance bakery improver designed to strengthen the dough and improve the baking process. Its use significantly increases the volume of the final product, causing rapid and intense swelling in the first phases of baking (5-10 minutes). Rocket offers greater strength and grip to the doughs, ensuring a pleasant texture of the product even during prolonged kneading and stooping. Ideal for use in various types of bread, including country and brown bread, as well as in recipes containing sugar and fat.
