- Water: 600 gr
- Fresh yeast: 20 gr

Add the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed for 2 minutes.

Then mix on high speed for 10 minutes, adding a little more water if necessary to make the dough soft and pliable.

Rest the dough at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Cut the dough to the desired size and place it at 35°C with a little humidity for 20-30 minutes.

Bake at 200-220°C with steam.
