Description
This cornbread mix creates a tasty and fluffy bread with a unique taste. It is ideal not only for bread, but also for other uses such as snacks (breadsticks, crackers) or brioche dough. The taste of the maize enhances every preparation.
- Mixture: 1000 gr
- Water: 550 gr
- Fresh yeast: 20-25 gr

Add the ingredients to the mixer and mix on slow speed for 2 minutes.

Then mix on high speed for 10 minutes, adding more water if necessary to achieve a soft and pliable dough.

Let the dough rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Cut the dough to the desired size and let it rise at 35°C with a little humidity for 20-30 minutes.

Bake at 200-220°C with steam.
