Start by adding all the ingredients (mix, water, cooking fat and oil) in a kneader or mixer with a hook attachment.

Knead at medium speed to create a homogeneous and soft dough.

Let the dough rest for a few minutes to make it easier to work with.

Form the dough into balls according to the desired size or weight for the sheets.

Roll out the sheets either by machine or by hand, creating a thin and elastic sheet.

Fill the sheets with the filling of your choice, creating your favourite curries (e.g., cheese, meat, vegetables).

Adjust the amount of water in the dough if needed: increase or decrease the water depending on how soft or firm you want the dough to be for your preference.
