MATERIALS:
- 1 kilo of CAKE SOFT DOUBLE CREAM
- 350 g fresh eggs
- 150 g seed oil
- 150 g. Butter 82% fat
- 150 g. Water
- 100 g orange juice
- 1 pc. Orange zest
EXECUTION:
- Add all the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.
- Bake at 150-160 °C for a time depending on the weight of the product and the type of oven.
- Coat with icing sugar or CHOCO TASTY WHITE/ MILK/ DARK.
