Vasilopitta Cake soft Double cream

MATERIALS:

  • 1 kilo of CAKE SOFT DOUBLE CREAM
  • 350 g fresh eggs
  • 150 g seed oil
  • 150 g. Butter 82% fat
  • 150 g. Water
  • 100 g orange juice
  • 1 pc. Orange zest

EXECUTION:

  1. Add all the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.
  2. Bake at 150-160 °C for a time depending on the weight of the product and the type of oven.
  3. Coat with icing sugar or CHOCO TASTY WHITE/ MILK/ DARK.
