MATERIALS
- 1 kg of CAKE SOFT DOUBLE CREAM mixture
- 350 g fresh eggs
- 300 g seed oil/butter 82% (half and half)
- 150 g. Water
- 100 g orange juice
- Zest from an orange
- 10 g. Mahlepi
- 3 g. Cinnamon
EXECUTION
- Add all the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.
- Bake at 150-160 °C for a time depending on the weight of the product and the type of oven.
