Vasil pie with Cake Soft Double Cream

MATERIALS

  • 1 kg of CAKE SOFT DOUBLE CREAM mixture
  • 350 g fresh eggs
  • 300 g seed oil/butter 82% (half and half)
  • 150 g. Water
  • 100 g orange juice
  • Zest from an orange
  • 10 g. Mahlepi
  • 3 g. Cinnamon

EXECUTION

  1. Add all the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.
  2. Bake at 150-160 °C for a time depending on the weight of the product and the type of oven.
