Sponge cake De Lux Choco / Vanilla

DOSOLOGY:

  • DE LUX CHOCO/VANILLA PANTE SPANE – 1 Kg
  • Fresh eggs – 600 gr
  • Water – 200 gr

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Add the ingredients together to the mixer and whisk on low speed for 1 minute and then on high speed for 6 minutes.
  • Serve in cups or baking trays.
  • Bake at 190-200 ºC, depending on the weight of the product and the type of oven.
