DOSOLOGY:
- DE LUX CHOCO/VANILLA PANTE SPANE – 1 Kg
- Fresh eggs – 600 gr
- Water – 200 gr
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Add the ingredients together to the mixer and whisk on low speed for 1 minute and then on high speed for 6 minutes.
- Serve in cups or baking trays.
- Bake at 190-200 ºC, depending on the weight of the product and the type of oven.
