Smell Easter with polite brioche from FoodStuff

FoodStuff presents the most delicious and traditional brioche. Fluffy with an ideal structure and excellent bulging. It is easily and quickly prepared with only water and yeast and is kept fresh and soft for many days. Combines beautifully with FoodStuff ‘s CHOCOVER and CHOCOTASTY for unique fillings and toppings.


Recipe

  • 1000 g. CHURREQUE POLITICO blend
  • 320-350 g. Water
  • 100 g fresh yeast or 35 g dry yeast
  • 80 g soft margarine or 82% melted butter (optional)

Execution

Mix all ingredients except the butter in the mixer together, on low speed for 5 minutes with the hook or speed mixer and 15 minutes on high speed. Towards the end, add the butter. Rest the dough until doubled in size and cut into pieces of desired size. Shape into braids or round buns and place in the steamer for about half an hour. Bake at 160°C in a preheated oven for a time corresponding to the size.
