KIGE MIX

MATERIALS

  • 1000 gr. KIGE MIX
  • 600-700 gr. Hot water (70 °C)
  • 500 gr. Icing sugar

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer with the whisk attachment, on high speed, until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
  2. Cut out nests with a bag on a silicone sheet.
  3. Bake at 100-110 °C for about 2 hours depending on the size of the nest.

MILKY EXTRA

MATERIALS

  • 1000 g. MILKY EXTRA
  • 2500 g. Cold water
  • 1000 g. 35% cream or vegetable cream

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

  1. Mix the MILKY EXTRA with the water in an electric mixer with the whisk attachment on high speed for 5 minutes until the cream is smooth and thick.
  2. Incorporate whipped cream (vegetable or animal) into the cream or add the cream (vegetable or animal) slowly and fluidly until fluffy.

MONDAY:

  1. Finely chop fresh strawberries and add them to the cream.
  2. Fill the nests with the cream and place them in the refrigerator to freeze.
  3. Garnish with fresh strawberries and macaron.
