KIGE MIX
MATERIALS
- 1000 gr. KIGE MIX
- 600-700 gr. Hot water (70 °C)
- 500 gr. Icing sugar
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixer with the whisk attachment, on high speed, until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
- Cut out nests with a bag on a silicone sheet.
- Bake at 100-110 °C for about 2 hours depending on the size of the nest.
MILKY EXTRA
MATERIALS
- 1000 g. MILKY EXTRA
- 2500 g. Cold water
- 1000 g. 35% cream or vegetable cream
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Mix the MILKY EXTRA with the water in an electric mixer with the whisk attachment on high speed for 5 minutes until the cream is smooth and thick.
- Incorporate whipped cream (vegetable or animal) into the cream or add the cream (vegetable or animal) slowly and fluidly until fluffy.
MONDAY:
- Finely chop fresh strawberries and add them to the cream.
- Fill the nests with the cream and place them in the refrigerator to freeze.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and macaron.
