Parfait Chocolate / Parfait Vanilla

Materials:

  • 1 kilo of cream (vegetable or animal)
  • 300 g Parfait Base mix
  • 300 g quiche

Execution:

  • First, whisk the quiche at high speed.

    (KIIIE MIX FOODSTUFF: 700 g hot water, 1 kg of kille)

  • Mix the cream (vegetable or animal) with the parfait mixture in a mixer, using the whisk attachment, until it becomes semi-liquid (not thick).
  • For the parfait, add kiwis, almonds, fruit or drinks of your choice.
  • For the chocolate parfait, add 150 g of hazelnut-cocoa Chocover.
  • Freeze.
