For Pannacotta:
Materials:
- 1 kilo of Pannacotta Mix
- 2 kg of water
- 3.2 kg of cream (35% fat)
Execution:
- Mix the water with the cream and heat until it comes to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and add the mixture.
For the cherry jelly:
Materials:
- Mixture 1 kg
- Water 5 kg
Execution:
- Dissolve the mixture in half of the water and heat until it boils.
- Then add the rest of the cold water and mix.
Composition:
- Wait for both preparations to cool down.
- Then, in a glass, place a portion of Pannacotta Mix and close with the remaining portion of Jelly Cherry.
- Decorate with fresh fruit.
