Pannacotta with Cherry Jelly

For Pannacotta:

Materials:

  • 1 kilo of Pannacotta Mix
  • 2 kg of water
  • 3.2 kg of cream (35% fat)

Execution:

  1. Mix the water with the cream and heat until it comes to a boil.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the mixture.

For the cherry jelly:

Materials:

  • Mixture 1 kg
  • Water 5 kg

Execution:

  1. Dissolve the mixture in half of the water and heat until it boils.
  2. Then add the rest of the cold water and mix.

Composition:

  1. Wait for both preparations to cool down.
  2. Then, in a glass, place a portion of Pannacotta Mix and close with the remaining portion of Jelly Cherry.
  3. Decorate with fresh fruit.
