Hazelnut pie

MATERIALS:

  • 1000 g. Hazelnut pie
  • 400 g. Water
  • 300 g. Sunflower oil
  • 100 g fresh eggs
  • White hazelnut praline for coating PRALIN HAZELNUT WHITE.

EXECUTION:

  1. Add all the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed for 5 minutes.
  2. Serve in baking dishes of your choice.
  3. Bake at about 160-165 °C for a time depending on the type and weight of the product and the type of oven.
  4. Syrup the product hot with syrup of your choice (about 1/3 of the dough weight).
  5. Finally, coat the entire surface of the Hazelnut Cake with PRALINE HAZELNUT WHITE hazelnut praline.
