MATERIALS:
- 1000 g. Hazelnut pie
- 400 g. Water
- 300 g. Sunflower oil
- 100 g fresh eggs
- White hazelnut praline for coating PRALIN HAZELNUT WHITE.
EXECUTION:
- Add all the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed for 5 minutes.
- Serve in baking dishes of your choice.
- Bake at about 160-165 °C for a time depending on the type and weight of the product and the type of oven.
- Syrup the product hot with syrup of your choice (about 1/3 of the dough weight).
- Finally, coat the entire surface of the Hazelnut Cake with PRALINE HAZELNUT WHITE hazelnut praline.
