Double choco Chocolate pie

Recipe for delicious Chocolate Pie:

 

INGREDIENTS for the CHOCOLATE PIE:

1 kg DOUBLE CHOCO CHOCOLATE PIE

350 gr. Seed oil

300 gr. Eggs

250 gr. Water

INSTRUCTIONS: Mix all the ingredients together in the mixer with the flat beater on low speed for 5 minutes. Serve in dishes of your choice with an amount of dough just below the middle (approximately 40% of the height of the pan). Bake at a low temperature of approximately 150-160 degrees Celsius for a time depending on the weight of the product. Cut the chocolate pie while it is hot into pieces and drizzle with the following sauce, also hot. Once it has cooled, optionally coat with CHOCOVER HAZELNUT COCOA.

INGREDIENTS for the CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

1 kg of CHOCOLATE SAUCE

1 kg of water

1 kg of whipped cream

100gr of butter 82%

INSTRUCTIONS: Put the cream and water on the fire and once they are hot, add the CHOCOLATE SAUCE mixture and stir until it boils. Remove from the heat and add the butter. The sauce can be refrigerated and reheated.
