DOSOLOGY
- 1000 g. CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ
- 200 g. Water
- 350 g. Eggs
- 350 g Health Couverture melted
- 250 g. Sunflower oil
EXECUTION
Beat all the ingredients in an electric mixer with the paddle attachment on medium speed for 6 minutes. Serve in paper or ceramic pans and bake at 180-200°C for 8-10 minutes, depending on the weight of the product, the pan and the type of oven. The product can be kept in the fridge or freezer and reheated in the oven or microwave. The product is available in 3 other delicious flavours: red velvet, caramel and orange.
