It keeps for many days in the fridge without splattering or cracking, and can be frozen.
Prescription for use
- 1 kilo of Cold Cream Politeiki
- 3 kilos of milk
Execution instructions:
Beat the ingredients in a mixer for 5 minutes at high speed until the cream is smooth and thick. Serve with your preferred base in small glasses, individual/family bowls or large serving dishes and cut into portions.
