DOSOLOGY

SQUEAKY SOUFFLÉ

  • Mixture 1 kg
  • Melted couverture 450 gr
  • Water lukewarm 400 gr
  • Margarine / Butter 300 gr

MALACO SOUFFLÉ

  • Mixture 1 Kg
  • Water lukewarm 500 gr
  • Melted couverture 430 gr
  • Oil (seed oil 360 gr)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Soften the butter without melting or boiling it and add the melted chocolate.
  • Beat all the ingredients in an electric mixer with the paddle attachment on medium speed for 6 minutes.
  • Serve in tins and bake at 180-200 degrees for 8 -10 minutes, depending on the weight of the product and the type of oven.
