SQUEAKY SOUFFLÉ
- Mixture 1 kg
- Melted couverture 450 gr
- Water lukewarm 400 gr
- Margarine / Butter 300 gr
MALACO SOUFFLÉ
- Mixture 1 Kg
- Water lukewarm 500 gr
- Melted couverture 430 gr
- Oil (seed oil 360 gr)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Soften the butter without melting or boiling it and add the melted chocolate.
- Beat all the ingredients in an electric mixer with the paddle attachment on medium speed for 6 minutes.
- Serve in tins and bake at 180-200 degrees for 8 -10 minutes, depending on the weight of the product and the type of oven.
