Chocolate Pie Free / Sauce Chocolate Free

CHOCOLATE PIE FREE

MATERIALS:

  • 1 kilo of FREE CHOCOLATE mix
  • 350 g seed oil
  • 300 g. Eggs
  • 250 g. Water

EXECUTION:

  • Mix all the ingredients together on slow speed for 5 minutes with the paddle attachment.
  • Place dough in baking pans until just below the middle.
  • Bake at a low temperature (about 160 °C) for 40 minutes.

SAUCE CHOCOLATE FREE

MATERIALS:

  • 1000 g SAUCE CHOCOLATE FREE mix
  • 1000 g. Whipping cream – Natural cream
  • 1200 g. Water
  • 100 g. Butter 82%

EXECUTION:

  • Put the cream and water in a saucepan and once they are hot, add the mixture, stirring well until it comes to a boil.
  • Remove from the heat and add the butter and a little cognac if desired.
  • Syrup hot chocolate pie with hot sauce. The sauce can be put in the refrigerator and reheated.
