CHOCOLATE PIE FREE
MATERIALS:
- 1 kilo of FREE CHOCOLATE mix
- 350 g seed oil
- 300 g. Eggs
- 250 g. Water
EXECUTION:
- Mix all the ingredients together on slow speed for 5 minutes with the paddle attachment.
- Place dough in baking pans until just below the middle.
- Bake at a low temperature (about 160 °C) for 40 minutes.
SAUCE CHOCOLATE FREE
MATERIALS:
- 1000 g SAUCE CHOCOLATE FREE mix
- 1000 g. Whipping cream – Natural cream
- 1200 g. Water
- 100 g. Butter 82%
EXECUTION:
- Put the cream and water in a saucepan and once they are hot, add the mixture, stirring well until it comes to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and add the butter and a little cognac if desired.
- Syrup hot chocolate pie with hot sauce. The sauce can be put in the refrigerator and reheated.
