MATERIALS
- 500 g. CAKE SOFT DOUBLE CREAM
- 250 g margarine or 82% butter at room temperature
- 100 g pastry flour
EXECUTION
Beat the ingredients in a mixer with a paddle attachment for 5 minutes on low speed.
Rub the dough into small pieces and spread it all over the baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 to 17 minutes.
CREAM CHEESE CAKE
MATERIALS
- 1000 g. ICE FILLING VANILLA
- 2000 g of 35% cream or vegetable cream
- 400 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 60 g. GEYSI GIORTI
EXECUTION
Beat all the ingredients together in a mixer with the whisk attachment at high speed until thick and fluffy.
Put in a pastry bag.
COMPOSITION
Put some vanilla crumble in a small glass and then the cream almost to the top.
Leave a little space to close with BLUEBERRY FILLING 60.
