Hazelnut pie:
- 1000 g. Hazelnut pie mix
- 100 g. Egg
- 300 g Sunflower oil
- 400 g Water
Execution:
Add the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed for 5 minutes.
Place 600g of hazelnut cake mix in an 18 cm cake tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 50 to 55 minutes.
Allow it to cool and remove from the pan.
Ice Vanilla filling – Hazelnut – Chocolate flavor:
- 1000 g Ice Vanilla filling
- 2200 g 35% fat cream or vegetable cream
- 120 g chocolate hazelnut flavor
Execution:
Beat all the ingredients together in a mixer with the whisk attachment for 5 minutes on high speed.
Composition:
Cut the cake into 3 slices after cutting the top so that it flattens.
Between each slice of cake, using a pastry bag, place the Hazelnut-Chocolate flavoured Ice Filling Vanilla.
On the third slice, garnish with a cornet of your choice with the cream.
Finally we can garnish with broken hazelnuts and lines of Pralin Hazelnut White.
