MATERIALS
- 1000 g BROWNIES MIX
- 250 g. Water
- 200 g seed oil
- 250 g dark chocolate
EXECUTION:
- Add the ingredients for the BROWNIES MIX together in the mixer and mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.
- Divide into round cups of your choice.
- Bake at 190°C for about 14-15 minutes.
- Set aside to cool.
COMPOSITION
- Place the brownies and place on a tray.
- Put PRALINE HAZELNUT WHITE in a pastry bag and fill the surface.
- Then pour BISCOATO CACO VANILLA on top until the entire surface is covered.
- Sprinkle with a little icing sugar.
