Brownies Hazelnut

MATERIALS

  • 1000 g BROWNIES MIX
  • 250 g. Water
  • 200 g seed oil
  • 250 g dark chocolate

EXECUTION:

  1. Add the ingredients for the BROWNIES MIX together in the mixer and mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.
  2. Divide into round cups of your choice.
  3. Bake at 190°C for about 14-15 minutes.
  4. Set aside to cool.

COMPOSITION

  1. Place the brownies and place on a tray.
  2. Put PRALINE HAZELNUT WHITE in a pastry bag and fill the surface.
  3. Then pour BISCOATO CACO VANILLA on top until the entire surface is covered.
  4. Sprinkle with a little icing sugar.
