Cookie cake:

Angel Vanilla cake

  • 1000 g Angel Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 150 g Egg
  • 300 g Sunflower oil
  • 400 g Water

Execution:

Beat all the ingredients with the paddle attachment in the mixer for 5 minutes on the first speed.

Bake in a tray of your choice and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes.

Ice filling vanilla:

  • 1000 g ICE VANILLA FILLING
  • 2200 g cream 35% fat
  • 90 g BISCOTO GIFT

Execution:

Beat all the ingredients together in a mixer with the whisk attachment at maximum speed for about 3-4 minutes until homogenized.

Composition:

Cut the cake into 3 equal pieces after cutting the top to make it flat.

Between each slice of cake with the help of a pastry bag we put the ICE FILLING VANILLA – BISCOTO FILLING.

Cover the entire outer surface with ICE VANILLA FILLING – BISCOAT and cover with BISCOAT VANILLA FILLING – CACAO.
