Materials:
Apple Cinnamon Cake:
- 1000 g Apple Cinnamon Cake Mix
- 250 g. fresh eggs
- 350 ml Sunflower oil
- 350 ml Water
Execution:
- Add all the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on slow speed with the paddle attachment for 5 minutes.
- Spread 1000g of the mixture on a 60x40cm baking sheet and bake the sheets at 200°C for 7-8 minutes with the tamper closed.
Ice Vanilla Filling:
- 1000 g Ice Vanilla Filling Mix
- 1000 ml Milk cream 35%
- 1000 ml Vegetable cream
Execution:
- Beat the cream and vegetable cream mixture in an electric mixer with the whisk attachment at high speed until thick and fluffy.
Caramel Cover:
- 1000 g Caramel Cover Mix
- 500 ml 35% cream
- 600 ml Milk
- 300 g. 82% butter
- 100 g. Milk chocolate couverture
Execution:
- Put the cream and milk in a saucepan and when it is hot, add the mixture, stirring well until it comes to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and add the butter and chocolate.
- Homogenize and set aside to cool.
Caramelized Apples:
- 1000 g. Green apples
- 150 g. Brown sugar
- 70 g. 82% butter
Execution:
- Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
- In a pan, make a caramel with the brown sugar.
- Add the apples and butter and cook until golden.
- Then, extinguish with lemon juice.
Assembly:
- Place 1 sheet of Apple Cinnamon Cake in a cup of your choice.
- Add a quantity of Ice Vanilla Filling, pieces of Caramelized Apples and Caramel Cover.
- Finish the dessert with another sheet of Apple Cinnamon Cake.
- Decorated with fresh apples, cinnamon and cookie crumble.
