The recipe? Very simple!
Vanilla Cream INGREDIENTS:
1000 gr. ICE FILLING VANILLA
1000 gr. 35% whipped cream
1000 gr. Whipped cream with plant fats
60 gr. VANILLA FOODSTUFF FLAVOR
METHOD: Place all ingredients in the mixer bowl and beat with a wire whisk at high speed until stiff.
Hazelnut Praline with Kadaifi INGREDIENTS:
1000 gr. PRALINE HAZELNUT WHITE
400 gr. Baked Kadaifi (cold)
METHOD: Separate the Kadaifi fibers by hand, spread them on a baking sheet and bake at 170°C for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool and mix with PRALINE HAZELNUT WHITE.
Hazelnut Coating INGREDIENTS:
1000 gr. PRALINE HAZELNUT WHITE
100 gr. Sunflower oil
EXECUTION: Homogenize with mariz
Composition:
In a glass or mold, put a layer of ICE FILLING VANILLA with a pastry bag. Let it freeze a little. Add a layer of the praline with kadaifi. Continue with a little more ICE FILLING VANILLA Close with a hazelnut coating. Garnish with broken hazelnuts. The result is a dessert that impresses in appearance and taste, while it is prepared with simple steps and consistently high-quality raw materials.
